We collect only what is needed to design your cards, produce them and get them to you.
What we collect
Your account email, the business details you enter during the design conversation, the logo and inspiration files you upload, your shipping address, and the order records created when you pay.
How we use it
To generate your card concepts, produce press-ready files, calculate UPS shipping rates, take payment and deliver your order. We do not sell your data.
Processors
Payments are handled by our payment processor, which receives your billing details directly — we never store card numbers. Shipping rates and labels are handled by UPS. Approved production files are delivered to our print partner through a secured Dropbox folder. Design generation uses an AI provider that processes your prompt content.
Storage and retention
Uploads are held in private storage accessible only to your account and our production process. Approved artwork and order records are retained so you can reorder, and to meet accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@businesscardss.com. Deleting your account removes your projects and uploads; paid order records are retained where required by law.
