Shipping & returns

Press files are released to production as soon as payment clears. Printing, cutting and finishing take two to three business days before your cards ship.

Live UPS rates are quoted for your exact address at checkout — Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. We pass through the rate we are charged. A tracking number appears on your order page as soon as the label is created.

Prefer to collect? Choose “Pick up” at checkout instead of UPS shipping and pay no delivery charge. Orders are ready in three to five business days at 1772 Sedgwick Ave., Bronx NY 10453, Monday to Friday 10am–6pm ET. We email you when your box is ready, hold it for 30 days, and ask for photo ID matching the name on the order.

If your cards arrive damaged, misregistered, cut off-square or do not match your approved proof, send photographs within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost.

Because every card is printed to your approved artwork, orders cannot be returned for a refund once production has begun. Errors present in approved artwork — including typographic errors and incorrect QR destinations — are chargeable to reprint.

Write to orders@businesscardss.com immediately after paying. If your files have not yet been released to press we will cancel and refund in full.
