Terms of service

We provide AI-assisted business card design and print fulfilment. Concepts are generated from the information you supply and are produced to our published print specification.

You confirm that any logo, image, name, trademark or copy you upload is yours to use, or that you hold the rights required to reproduce it in print. You grant us a licence to use that material solely to design and produce your order.

Production begins from the artwork you approve. You are responsible for verifying spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, URLs and QR destinations before approving. Reprints caused by errors in approved artwork are chargeable.

Design and proofing are free. Payment is taken at approval and covers printing and shipping. Prices are in US dollars.

Production typically takes two to three business days. Shipping is by UPS at the service you select. Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.

Screens display in RGB and presses print in CMYK. Slight colour variance between your on-screen proof and the printed card is normal and is not a defect.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
